Banana pecan muffins🍌🍞

I actually didn’t use Greek yogurt, shown above, since it had to sit out for so long. Also, I added some cinnamon.

Start with a Goal, End with a Result.

Ever wondered why it’s so hard to make changes to  your life, stick? Most individuals take on too big of a challenge; you need to start off small & work  your way to a goal

So, next time you see a photo of a Victoria’s Secret model, don’t start starving and over exercising yourself to look like her.. it won’t happen in one day. Before you even start to see results, you’re going to be fed up, on the couch, eating junk food again. Take it slow, don’t jump into things too quickly.

Where to start? Make small, attainable goals. Once you master one goal, move to another while incorporating your first goal and so on. For example, your first week you decide to stretch when you wake up for 30 minutes. The next week you stretch in the morning plus walk a mile. The third week you stretch, walk, and consume 64oz of water each day. Week four you start seeing results, have more energy, and your excited to add another goal to the mix!

Anonymous said: Hi. What advice would you give to a girl who is constantly thinking about unhealthy food but desperately wants to loose weight?

fitandhealthyhero:

Okay, so you’ve had some bad days. Don’t beat yourself up over it, but don’t let one bad decision send you spiraling out of control. Go running and get back into it. Go back to making decisions that improve your health and happiness. You are who you choose to be.

Step one: Forgive yourself. What’s done is done, it doesn’t matter now

Step two: Don’t be too hard, just be stricter.

Step three: Make a motivation board and hang it up somewhere you’ll see it every single day.

Step four: Drink Water! Flush all the toxins out of your body, you’ll feel better.

Step five: Make your next workout fun, put on your favourite songs, wear a cute tee. Smile while you work your booty!

Step six: Make sure you keep yourself busy so you don’t overeat. When the annoying urges come your way, do something preoccupying. Do yoga, go for a walk, watch some tv, or draw. You’ll forget about it!

Step seven: Think positive! When you’re thinking, “it’s not even worth it” or “I can’t get that body anyway”, you’re never going to reach your goal. Think positive and strive for the best, and you’ll get there.

Great advice!
