A breakfast I used to eat near everyday. Oatmeal mixed with Greek yogurt, fruit, granola, and honey.
The fruit I have here is banana & berries. Try adding apple! It makes a nice crunchy texture 🍏🍓

Baked tilapia over rice paired with a veggie mix.
Ps- tilapia is considered ‘not good for you’ because so much of it is farm raised. However, all you have to do is look for ‘wild caught.’
Baked Salmon with garlic butter and rice. 🐟🍚
2 garlic bulbs
•set over to 425°
•wrap individual bulbs in foil
•bake for 35 min
•let fully cool
•squeeze out garlic in food processor with butter, blend
(For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for butter)
2 Salmon filets
•season fish with Tony’s, lemon, and garlic sauce
•bake for 8-10 min at 425°
•parsley flakes added to finished dish
Rice of your choice, add onions & peppers as a side dish.

First meal back home, backed chicken with potatoes and onions. 🍗

In a baking dish, add olive oil chicken and above ingredients. Season with Tony’s chachere’s, red pepper flakes, dill weed, paprika, & garlic salt. Bake at 425° for 50 minutes, or until temp reaches 180°.
This dish was paired nicely with corn and rice. 🌽
